I know myself very intimately in this season of my life. And there are some things I sense we have in common. You’re a woman who values connection and relationships — and those two things have brought you many blessings.
You might feel there are some areas in your life where you’ve wasted time or focused too long — and that created a sense that you just spun your wheels. Then you think to yourself, wow, I don’t feel as far along as I should be at this point.
Here’s what I know. Not a single thing was wasted. Everything you’ve grown through, survived, even quietly carried — it created who you are today. It’s not about starting over. It’s about the wisdom within that continues to evolve.
You’re not someone who is interested in just the surface level of things. You’re looking for depth. Rock-solid foundations are important to you. And you’re absolutely excited about the coming seasons and how you’ll continue to blossom — even if you can’t see every single detail yet. You’re still open to dreaming big.
For eight years, I traveled with a community I contributed to with my whole heart — so that thousands of women and their families had the opportunity to build successful businesses online. We had a way of taking people by the hand and teaching them how to create cash flow, what their systems would look like, and how they could turn their businesses into true assets. A very tiny piece of what we helped them with focused on an assessment of their personal strengths. It was just a small piece of the whole puzzle.
When I reflect back now, in this season I’m moving through, I can see with precision and clarity that you are the number one asset. There isn’t a roadmap, a system or a strategy that should be put on the table and built until you first come to know your one-of-a-kind way of being — for fulfillment, success and contribution. It comes directly from the source, which is you.
We used to say focus on your strengths and fill in your weaknesses. My perspective has shifted significantly on that. Our weaknesses are where our greatest wisdom lies — accrued over time, still blossoming every day.
So when a woman asks herself, “Can I be successful at this? I’ve never done this before,” the answer comes back to her. There will always be formulas for success, and there’s some truth to them — what worked for one person can work for others. But the key is, you are the formula. It begins when you put your soul before the strategy. When you have an intimate connection with who you truly are — in life, in business, in whatever you choose to pursue, build or create — a kind of super coherence occurs. Your mind, your body and your soul come into sync. You become fully embodied. And that’s a powerful place to build and create from.
The wisdom is within. So we’re cultivating, we’re harvesting, we’re leaning into our true brilliance — the roots of our essence, our full harvest, the flowering of our unique purpose. And we keep evolving in our areas of challenge, which are really areas of opportunity to evolve to the next level. This is where true fulfillment lives.
